Stamp duty Duti setem Duty on the transfer form and the loan agreement
Real property gains tax Cukai keuntungan harta tanah Known as CKHT, charged on the seller gain
Registrar Pendaftar The officer who registers a dealing on the title

A note on usage. In everyday conversation people say geran to mean the title itself. In official documents geran refers to the printed title document. The overlap is normal and causes no problem as long as you know which document is being referred to.
