Nur Nabilah Binti Mohd Aris

Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. She holds an LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA and is a member of Persatuan Hartaguam.

With more than seven years in practice across property, corporate and civil litigation matters, she leads Nabila Aris & Co. with a focus on clarity, integrity, and the best interests of each client.

• Property and conveyancing: subsale transactions, change of name on title documents, perfection of transfer and charge, loan documentation including LPPSA
• Estate administration: letters of administration, small estate distribution, grant of probate, and distribution of estate to beneficiaries
• Corporate: shareholders agreements, trust deeds, investment agreements, and ongoing legal support for companies
• Civil litigation: garnishee proceedings, intervener applications, and medical negligence matters

About the firm

The firm was originally established as Nabila Ahmad Zikri & Co. on 15 September 2020. After nearly five years in operation it moved to its present name, Nabila Aris & Co., with effect from 1 Januari 2025.
