About the Firm

Nabila Aris & Co. is a law firm focused on property and conveyancing, estate administration, corporate matters and civil litigation. We work from Setia Alam, Shah Alam and serve clients across the Klang Valley.

History

The firm was originally established as Nabila Ahmad Zikri & Co. on 15 September 2020. After nearly five years in operation it moved to its present name with effect from 1 Januari 2025. The change of name did not change how we work or the standard of service we provide.

How we work

Most of the anxiety clients feel in a property matter comes from not knowing what is happening. That is why we give regular updates, and explain each stage before it happens rather than after.

We also publish guides and calculators on this site so that people can understand the costs and the process before they commit to anything. Conveyancing fees are set by statute, so there is no reason to keep them opaque.

• Property: subsale transactions, change of name on title documents, perfection of transfer and charge, loan documentation including LPPSA
• Estate: letters of administration, small estate distribution, grant of probate, distribution of estate
• Corporate: shareholders agreements, trust deeds, investment agreements, ongoing legal support for companies including monthly retainers
• Civil litigation: garnishee proceedings, intervener applications, medical negligence matters
